1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Secured Store ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and secure escrow marketplace platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To list products as a vendor or use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account credentials.

3. Product Listings & Moderation

Vendors can list products for sale. To maintain market integrity, all listed products are subject to strict curation and verification:

• Every product listing must undergo moderator/administrator review before going live.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is strictly required for any used product listings.
• Listed content must not infringe on intellectual property, contain malicious software, or violate any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to reject, modify, or delete any product listing at our sole discretion.

4. Escrow & Payout System

Secured Store provides a escrow payment service to protect both buyers and sellers:

• All client purchases are held securely. The store collects a standard platform commission (default is 20% unless customized per product).
• Vendor shares are automatically computed and updated in the vendor wallet upon order confirmation or fulfillment completion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed securely, subject to system verification to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We maintain a safe community. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or deactivate accounts (vendors, customers, or administrators) under the following conditions:

• Failure to comply with these terms, policies, or guidelines.
• Engaging in fraudulent actions, chargebacks, or deceptive transaction flows.
• Posting low-quality, misleading, or plagiarized product descriptions/images.

6. Limitation of Liability

Secured Store is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding service uptime, database integrity, or transactions made directly between users outside our platform escrow flow.
